.1 pound of peeled and deveined frozen prawns

.3 chopped garlic cloves

.1 red bell pepper, sliced 

.1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

. 2 tablespoons butter 

.1 tablespoon olive oil

.1 cup trimmed snap peas

. Soy sauce,

.2 tablespoons

.One spoonful of honey 

. Taste-tested salt and pepper 

. Optional: - Cooked rice or noodles for serving

. Red pepper flakes for a spicy kick


Step-by-Step 

1.

 Thaw the frozen prawns in accordance with the directions on the packaging. With a paper towel, pat them dry.
